PUSAKA conducted a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and continued with a cooperation agreement with the Professional Certification Institute – forensic Auditor (LSP-AF) on December 21, 2022 at the LSP-AF office, Jl. Pramuka No.33 East Jakarta. The MoU was officially signed by both parties, where Pusaka was represented by Dr. Moh Mahsun, SE, M.Si, AK, CA, CPA, CFrA, CIPSAS, CPI, CHFI as Founder of PUSAKA, and from LSP-AF represented by Drs. Ubaedi, AK, CA, CFrA as Chairman LSP-AF. Also present at the event were a number of LSP-AF administrators and staff including the manager of PUSAKA.
The memorandum of Understanding between PUSAKA and LSP-AF is stated in MoU No. 012 / MOU/PFK/XII / 2022 concerning the implementation of anti-fraud System training and forensic auditor certification. The cooperation between PUSAKA and LSP-AF is stated in the letter of cooperation agreement No. 1294 / OTR/PFK/XII/2022 with the scope of education and training in the field of forensic audit and forensic auditor certification through scheme 01: forensic auditor qualification (27 competency units) and scheme 02: cluster, including 1) Fraud Prevention and Detection System (6 competency units); 2) Implementation of Forensic Audit and financial loss calculation (12 competency units), and 3) provision of expert information and asset tracing (9 competency units).
Requirements for forensic Auditor certification participants are: 1) minimum Bachelor Degree/S1/D4 in all majors; 2) certified to have attended Audit technique training for participants who are not from the accounting department, 3) certified in forensic Audit training, 4) work experience of at least 3 (three) years in the field of audit, in the field of Investigation and investigation of corruption, or in the field of prevention and detection of fraud.
